Check-in was confusing and took a long time. Room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Local tours were interesting and informative, but the AC unit was hard to control, making it uncomfortable at times. Had to carry bags down four flights when the elevator broke. Staff was friendly, but they didn't offer help with luggage.
